The project encompasses master planning, new construction, remodeling and renovation to a once prosperous resort in the Thousand Islands in northern New York. The first phase of construction is a 14,000 square foot conference center, which includes 8 luxury suites, commercial kitchen and meeting room. The Hebert Building is the prototype for over 150 motel units to be renovated. In keeping with the style of historic camps in the region, cedar shingles and log structural and trim elements were carried throughout the building and the Resort.
