Sanford Kraemer is Principal in Charge of Grater Architects, P.C. offices in Rochester, New York. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Architecture from the University of Virginia in 1979 and his Master of Architecture degree from Columbia University in 1981.
In addition, Mr. Kraemer studied at the Polytechnic of Central London and taught Architectural Design at Catholic University in Washington D.C. He has five years experience in residential and commercial construction and 28 years of practice in the Architectural profession. As Project Designer, Architect and Construction Supervisor, Mr. Kraemer has offered professional services to clients for a wide range of projects, from single family homes to urban core mixed-use development.
Mr. Kraemer worked as a Design Consultant in New York City and was a Senior Associate with Martin & Jones Architects in Washington D.C. In 1992, he established Kraemer Design Consultants, with offices in Virginia and New York. In 1999, Mr. Kraemer joined Grater Architects as Partner in Charge of the Grater Architects, P.C., Rochester, New York Office.
