This 3,000 square foot summer camp was designed for a family of five. The owner desired a traditional rustic camp on the St. Lawrence River to contrast to their winter home in Connecticut. The house is tucked back into the site of an old quarry and takes advantage of the natural flat stones on the shoreline and the mature trees. Very few trees were removed for construction.
